Precision tile was excellent to deal with. They communicated quickly and clearly before the job. They were patient as we picked out our tile. The employees who came to install were great to deal with and had great attitudes. After the job when we notice a few MINOR imperfections precision tile came back the next day and corrected the issue at no cost. Already planning for them to do a bathroom remodel. When my wife and I met Trevor, what we found is Trevor has a very easy going nature. And we felt very at ease with that. He doesn’t have a pushy nature, and that is so important, since my wife and I are retired. So when we sat down with Trevor and explained what we are looking for, he understood. His team of Brent, Lucas, Freddy and Luciano, understood the assignment of removing the old fiberglass tub, and replacing it with a walk in shower. Since it was hard for my wife to walk over the tub, and possibly hurt herself. So this went from old to new. Every person knew their jobs, and that made it easier. Bret oversaw the project. Freddy and Luciano did a great job of removing the tub and vanity. Lucas was a professional with laying the tile. And Trevor made sure it went from old to new. My wife and I couldn’t be happier.
